Yet it seems the jet fighters available for rides are mainly aircrafts that are easily maintained, and not so expensive to operate and maintain, with a few exceptions. The aicrafts available for joy rides are: Fouga Magister, L39 Albatros, L 29, Starfighter, Mig 29 Fulcrum, Hawker Hunter and the Mirage III. One can fly a jet fighter in many countries in the world. The most active countries in promoting and regulating jet fighter rides are the USA and some countries in Europe, such as France. As of 2012, one can fly jet fighters in the following countries: USA, France, Spain, UK, Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, South Africa, Australia and Russia.
